Where does the automation run?

On servers we host in the EU (Hetzner, Scaleway, or your own infrastructure). Code stays in your account. We never send your data to non-EU services unless you explicitly opt in to a specific provider.

How do you monitor it?

Every workflow logs its runs. We set up alerts for failures and weekly summaries of throughput. You can see what every agent did and why.

What does it cost?

Build cost is project-based. Run cost is mostly LLM API calls plus a small hosting fee. We share an estimate before the build and track actuals.

What happens when something goes wrong?

Every step has retry logic and a human-in-the-loop fallback. If an invoice classification looks uncertain, it goes to a review queue, not to wrong routing.

Is this GDPR-compliant?

Yes. We use EU-hosted infrastructure, run the LLM calls through providers with EU data residency where available (or on-prem models when not), and document the data flow for your DPA.

Will this scale?

n8n + LLMs handle thousands of items per day comfortably. If you outgrow it, we migrate to a more bespoke pipeline. Most clients never need to.
